Dr. Scott Bitz is a Doctor of Chiropractic and co-founder of FLOW Health Centre in Regina.

He has always had a strong interest in healthcare, movement, and helping people function well in their daily lives. He completed his Bachelor of Science with Distinction from the University of Regina in 1995, then went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, graduating cum laude in 1999.

Dr. Scott brings more than 25 years of clinical experience to his chiropractic care. He is known for his excellent adjustment skills, practical clinical approach, and ability to work with patients of many ages and activity levels. His care is grounded in evidence-informed chiropractic, whole-body function, and the understanding that the spine, pelvis, feet, posture, and movement patterns are deeply connected.

A lifelong athlete, Dr. Scott has a special appreciation for movement, performance, and recovery. As a competitive curler, he represented Saskatchewan at the 1992 Canadian Junior Curling Championships, the 2002 and 2009 Brier, and competed in the 2010 Olympic pre-trials. This athletic background continues to shape the way he understands mechanics, balance, injury prevention, and the demands people place on their bodies through work, sport, and everyday life.

Dr. Scott has a particular interest in gait, foot mechanics, and custom orthotic care. He has completed additional training to support his assessment and prescription of custom orthotics and uses this knowledge to help patients better understand how the feet, legs, pelvis, and spine influence one another.

Dr. Scott provides chiropractic care for a wide range of patients, including adults, athletes, families, and people seeking support for spine, pelvic, posture, foot, and movement-related concerns. His style is clear, skilled, and grounded, with a focus on helping patients move better, feel better, and support their overall health.

As a co-founder of FLOW Health Centre, Dr. Scott has helped build the clinic’s strong chiropractic foundation and long-standing commitment to individualized and patient-centred care. His steady presence, clinical skill, and whole-body understanding of movement and mechanics continue to shape FLOW’s grounded approach to spine, pelvic, nervous system, and family care.

Outside of the clinic, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, Shyla, and their three daughters.

Dr. Shyla blends together her Doctor of Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Functional Medicine, and Herbalist trainings to bring you Reclaimed Vitality. This has been a culmination of 20 years of clinical practice and real life living.

Have you ever had an appointment with me and we went over time because there was just so much we could talk about? ;). For years I have written down the things I wish I had more time to talk about in my 1-1 appointments and put them together into a 4 month online course.

I have now decided to offer this online course as a self study course so that you can have access to it at anytime!

Are you ready to reclaim your vibrant energy so that you can be present with yourself, your loved ones and your work in the world?

I have also decided for the first time (and only?) to offer an in person immersion to help integrate the knowledge you have gained through self study. This will give an opportunity to ask me all those burning questions! This is about integration over information.

Is this course right for you?

ARE YOU READY TO….

  • Curiosity: Be curious about life, health & healing.
  • Decision Making: Be your own healer & make your own empowered health decisions.
  • Natural Healing & Western Medicine:  Learn how to integrate natural healing & western medicine in a way that works for you.
  • Roots: Learn how to truly get to the root of the problem so you can change & build health rather than suppress symptoms.
  • Vibrant Energy: Reclaim your vibrant energy.

What is Reclaimed Vitality?

  • My 4 month online course is now available for self-study.

  • There are 6 Main Modules; We will learn all about the Nervous System (hello Polyvagal theory), Dis-ease, Adaptability, Alignment & Flow (sound familiar ;) ), our internal/external ecosystems and how to heal & nourish our Roots versus just managing symptoms.

  • These Modules include videos, written info and handouts to learn.

  • The Self-Study course does not include the Q&A sessions. These may be booked separately as available.

  • The In person course will have one 3-4 hour day of live in person instruction.

  • There is a private Facebook group as well for community support.

Dr. Shyla Robertson Bitz is a Doctor of Chiropractic, acupuncture provider, and co-founder of FLOW Health Centre in Regina.

She knew from a young age that she wanted to become a chiropractor and has always been drawn to the body’s natural ability to heal, adapt, regulate, and restore. Before attending chiropractic college, Dr. Shyla studied in the Faculty of Education at the University of Regina, which continues to shape the way she communicates with patients and helps them better understand their own bodies.

Dr. Shyla graduated magna cum laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2005 and completed her acupuncture training through Acupuncture Canada in 2008. Over the years, she has continued to study widely in areas including pregnancy and pediatric care, pelvic health, sports and movement, nutrition, yoga, functional medicine, mind-body health, herbalism, nervous system regulation, and lymphatic health.

Her practice blends chiropractic care, acupuncture, functional health insight, and a whole-person understanding of the spine, pelvis, nervous system, lymphatic health, and whole-body function. She works with patients through many stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum, pediatric and family care, pain patterns, pelvic and nervous system concerns, stress-related symptoms, digestion, hormonal transitions, lymphatic congestion patterns, and complex health stories that benefit from an integrated lens. Dr. Shyla’s style is educational, grounded, intuitive, and individualized. She brings a calm, attentive presence to her care, helping patients feel both clearly guided and deeply listened to. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing is not about forcing the body into change, but learning to listen to what the body has been trying to communicate.

Outside the clinic, Shyla is most often outdoors with her husband, Scott, and their three daughters. She loves family life, sport, nature, gardening, seasonal food, and the ongoing study of health and healing.
